Upwork Bidder

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through the Upwork platform by identifying potential clients, submitting proposals, and converting leads into long-term projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search for relevant projects on Upwork daily
• Write customized and winning proposals based on client requirements
• Communicate with clients through chat and calls
• Understand client needs and coordinate with the internal team
• Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines
• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
• Build long-term relationships with clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role
• Strong understanding of Upwork platform and bidding strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to write persuasive proposals
• Knowledge of freelancing platforms and marketplaces
• Basic understanding of IT/Design/Marketing services (preferred)
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

Qualification:
Graduation

Experience : atleast 2 years

Timings & Days : Mon - Sat ( 11:00am to 08:00pm)

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per hour
