We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to manage our Upwork profile and generate new business through bidding and client communication.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling Upwork proposals, communicating with international clients, and converting leads into long-term business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Upwork company profile
• Bid on relevant web design and development projects
• Write strong and customized proposals
• Communicate with potential international clients
• Convert leads into paying clients
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
• Maintain records of bids, leads, and conversions

Requirements:

• Proven experience on Upwork or similar freelancing platforms
• Strong proposal writing and communication skills
• Ability to independently generate and close clients
• Understanding of web design/development services
• Target-oriented and self-motivated

Location: 71A, SMCHS, Off Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi

Job Timing: Night Shift (09:00 PM – 06:00 AM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
