Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive

ThinkDatum is looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive who can help us find quality software development clients and generate new project leads.

The person will be responsible for finding relevant jobs on Upwork, writing customized proposals, communicating with clients, and helping convert leads into meetings or projects. We are mainly offering services like custom software development, web applications, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, Zoho CRM setup, automation, API integrations, and business management systems.

Responsibilities

Search and apply on relevant Upwork jobs daily
Write customized and human style proposals according to client requirements
Communicate with clients professionally
Follow up with interested clients
Understand project requirements and share them with the technical team
Book meetings with potential clients
Maintain daily bidding and lead tracking sheet
Help improve profile, portfolio, and proposal strategy

Requirements

Good experience with Upwork bidding
Strong English writing and communication skills
Basic understanding of web, mobile app, CRM, SaaS, and software projects
Ability to understand client requirements quickly
Experience in lead generation and client handling
Must be consistent and target oriented
Knowledge of Zoho, CRM, automation, or IT services will be a plus
