WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING-

Researching and identifying potential clients across platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork , industry communities)

Writing and sending personalised cold outreach messages — email, LinkedIn DMs, and other channels as needed

Following up on leads and managing outreach sequences in a structured, organised way

Supporting the team with administrative and coordination tasks as needed- Adapting to new processes, tools, or priorities as the business evolves

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Coachability above all else — you actively seek feedback, act on it quickly, and don't take direction personally

Strong attention to detail — you notice things others miss and take pride in getting it right

Self-motivated and reliable — you don't need to be chased to get things done

SCHEDULE Monday – Friday: Full day (8 hours) Saturday: Half day (4 hours)

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
