Markosol Technologies is Hiring – Upwork Bidder / BD Executive

Markosol Technologies is looking for a skilled and motivated Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive to help us secure projects related to web development, digital marketing, video editing, and content services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily bidding activities, proposal writing, client communication, and contributing to the growth of our agency.

Location: Markaz G-11, Islamabad
Job Type: Onsite | Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Bid on relevant projects related to web development, digital marketing, video editing, and content creation.
• Write customized and professional proposals based on client requirements.
• Communicate with clients to understand project needs and expectations.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding project scope, timelines, and pricing.
• Maintain daily bidding targets and performance tracking reports.
• Manage client outreach through platforms such as Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other freelancing portals when required.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive.
• Strong written English and proposal writing skills.
• Good understanding of web development, digital marketing, video editing, and content strategy.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Organized, consistent, and self-motivated individual.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
