Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Upwork Bidder | Business Development Executive at Iconic Web Media in Karachi. The role involves new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management for the services of Amazon Graphics, Web/App Design & Development, UI UX Design, and Digital Marketing.


Job Responsibilities:


1. Upwork Account Management and Bidding


- Manage Upwork accounts efficiently.

- Prepare and submit competitive bids to secure projects.


2. Project Management


- Oversee project timelines and deliverables.

- Coordinate with team members to ensure the successful execution of projects.


3. Upselling


- Identify and present opportunities for additional services to existing clients.

- Build long-term relationships to enhance business growth.


4. Client Management


- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.

- Address client concerns and provide timely updates.


Job Requirements:


- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- MUST. Proven experience of 2 years in Upwork account management.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- A proactive attitude with a focus on achieving targets.


Location: Gulistan-e-johar, block 3A, Karachi

Salary: 50000 - 80000 + Commissions + Bonuses
