Core Responsibilities:

Managing all client communication

Responding to queries during productive hours

Sending systematic follow-ups for proposals, ongoing projects, and post-delivery

Coordinating between clients and your design team

Essential Skills:

Excellent written English communication

Understanding of presentation design Basic

Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities

Note : This is an in person role and timings are rotational ( if required )

5:00 p.m to 2:00 a.m & 2:00 a.m to 11:00 p.m ( sundays off )
