Upwork Bidder (Fresh Graduate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and bidding on suitable projects on Upwork and other platforms.
• Learn to write professional and customized proposals for potential clients.
• Communicate with clients under supervision to understand project requirements.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to create project estimates and proposals.
• Keep records of bids, responses, and client interactions.
• Support senior bidders in managing client relationships and ongoing projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of freelancing platforms like Upwork or Fiverr (training will be provided).
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
