Upwork Bidder (Fresher / 1–2 Years Experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, bidding on relevant projects on Upwork, and helping the company grow its client base.

This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in freelancing platforms, sales, or business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork
• Write and submit strong, customized proposals
• Communicate with potential clients in a professional manner
• Maintain daily bidding activity and track responses
• Collaborate with the team to improve bidding strategy
• Achieve monthly lead generation and client acquisition targets

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in Upwork bidding, sales, or business development
• Good written English communication skills
• Basic understanding of Upwork platform (preferred)
• Ability to write clear and attractive proposals
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and improve bidding techniques

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
