Upwork Bidder Hiring

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive to join our growing team at The Visuals Lab. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential clients, crafting compelling proposals, and closing high-quality projects on Upwork.

If you understand client needs, can communicate effectively, and love winning projects through strategy and creativity we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Search and bid for relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
• Write customized, engaging proposals tailored to each client.
• Communicate with prospects, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
• Maintain a strong bid-to-win ratio through data-driven improvement.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Explore new sales channels for potential clients beyond Upwork.

Requirements:

• Male candidate only.
• 1+ year of proven experience in Upwork bidding or client acquisition.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to write persuasive proposals and close deals.
• Understanding of video editing or post-production services is a plus.
• Sales-driven, self motivated, and confident in client communication.

Working hours :

• 8 PM - 5 AM (Monday to Saturday)
