Upwork Bidder Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder Intern to help us find and apply to relevant jobs on platform like Upwork. This is an ideal role for someone with excellent written English, strong research skills, and a desire to learn about online freelancing and client acquisition.

Your main responsibility will be to identify relevant job posts and submit custom-written, well-researched proposals that match the client’s needs. Training and templates will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and shortlist relevant job posts on Upwork daily
• Write and submit customized proposals based on the client’s requirements
• Track proposal responses and help schedule discovery calls
• Collaborate with our team to understand our services and USPs
• Maintain records of submitted proposals and client interactions

Requirements:

• Strong written English and grammar skills
• Understanding of freelancing platforms like Upwork
• Basic knowledge of services such as Web Development, Design, Marketing, or Software Development (we’ll train you)
• Internet research skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a digital work environment

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience as an Upwork bidder, virtual assistant, or sales intern
• Familiarity with tools like Trello, Notion, or Excel/Google Sheets
• Knowledge of time zones and scheduling meetings with international clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
