AI Prompt Engineer – Cinematic TV Commercials

HRCONSOL has partnered with one of Pakistan’s top production houses, now expanding into AI-driven Cinematic TV Commercials. We are seeking a creative yet highly technical AI Prompt Engineer to pioneer the future of advertising. This role is for someone who can transform storyboards into cinematic-quality AI commercials with consistency in characters, wardrobe, environments, and production design—on par with high-end live-action outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Prompt Engineering & Consistency

• Design advanced prompts ensuring shot-by-shot continuity in characters, wardrobe, props & environments.
• Translate storyboards and creative briefs into precise AI instructions.
• Build libraries of reusable prompt structures for brand & campaign consistency.
• Engineer prompts for cinematography: framing, lensing, lighting, and camera movement.

Workflow Development & Optimization

• Establish scalable AI video production pipelines.
• Experiment with platforms (Runway, Veo, Pika, Stable Video, etc.) to refine realism & speed.
• Solve issues like character drift, continuity mismatches & visual inconsistency.
• Integrate AI workflows into editing, VFX & sound pipelines.

Collaboration & Creative Execution

• Work closely with directors & producers to align AI outputs with creative intent.
• Break down complex briefs into structured, executable prompts.
• Mentor internal teams on AI-driven video production.

Quality Assurance

• Test outputs for commercial-grade quality & repeatability.
• Refine prompts to match production design standards.
• Ensure long-term consistency across extended campaigns.

Qualifications

Proven portfolio of AI-generated TVCs/short films showcasing cinematic consistency.
Expert in AI generation platforms: Runway, Veo, Pika, OpenArt, Stable Video (or similar).
Strong grasp of cinematography principles: shot composition, lensing, camera movement & lighting.
Familiarity with production design & wardrobe/art direction.
Technical troubleshooting & optimization skills for AI workflows.
Strong organizational ability to manage large prompt libraries.

Preferred Attributes

Experience in hybrid workflows (AI + VFX/Post).
Ability to build scalable, repeatable systems across campaigns.
Strong creative + technical portfolio.

Location: Karachi (with hybrid flexibility)

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
