Job Overview:

AlKhidmat Foundation Sindh is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Manager Programs to lead and oversee our diverse portfolio of programs and projects across Sindh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, budgeting, executing, and monitoring various initiatives, ensuring they align with our mission and deliver measurable impact. This role is based in Karachi but involves regular field visits across Sindh to support and guide program implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of all programs and projects within Sindh, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and donor requirements.
• Develop and manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial accountability and transparency in all program-related activities.
• Conduct regular visits to project sites across Sindh to monitor progress, provide support, and ensure adherence to timelines and objectives.
• Supervise and mentor program teams, encourage a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
• Liaise with donors, partners, and government agencies to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on program performance, challenges, and outcomes to senior management and donors.
• Contribute to the strategic planning process by identifying opportunities for program growth and development.
• Have expertise in Policy Implementation Methodologies.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: A master’s degree in social sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in Project Management or Program Management will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Sindh for field visits.
• In-depth understanding of the socio-economic landscape of Sindh is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program management within the NGO sector, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in planning, executing, and monitoring large-scale projects.
