MICE Manager

We’re Hiring – M.I.C.E. Manager (Meetings, Incentive Programs, Conferences & Exhibitions)

Reports To: Deputy General Manager – Sales & Operations

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven M.I.C.E. Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and flawless execution of high-profile corporate events — from meetings and incentive programs to conferences and exhibitions. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with creative event design, exceptional client relationship skills, and proven business development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute domestic & international M.I.C.E. events from concept to completion.
• Handle all logistics including venue selection, travel arrangements, catering, branding, and AV setups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring events meet their objectives.
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, hotels, venues, airlines, and service providers.
• Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure ROI optimization.
• Identify market opportunities, participate in pitches, and achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and mentor the M.I.C.E. team to deliver seamless, impactful events.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Event Management, or Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in managing large-scale M.I.C.E. or corporate events.
• Strong understanding of event logistics, corporate travel, and destination management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and event management tools.
• Willingness to travel and work under tight deadlines.
