Upwork Bidder Intern

Red Star Technologies is looking for a motivated Upwork Bidder Intern to gain hands-on experience in client engagement, proposal creation, and project coordination. This role is perfect for interns eager to learn about freelancing platforms and business development.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms
• Help create tailored, high-quality proposals aligned with client requirements
• Support communication with potential clients to clarify project details
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams on proposals, timelines, and cost estimates
• Keep organized records of bids, client communications, and follow-ups
• Assist senior team members in managing client relationships and project pipelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (completed or ongoing)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic familiarity with freelancing platforms (training provided)
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
