We are looking for an experienced and proactive *Upwork Bidder* to help us secure projects and grow our business. The role involves identifying relevant jobs, crafting tailored proposals, and managing client communication on platforms like Upwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Browse and bid on relevant Upwork projects.

- Write customized, persuasive proposals to win jobs.

- Communicate professionally with clients and handle negotiations.

- Track and analyze bidding performance for improvements.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in bidding on Upwork or similar platforms.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to understand client needs and align them with our services.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive.
