Upwork Bidder (Night Shift)

Decotechs is seeking a Upwork Bidder to join our team and play a key role in securing projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bidding, client communication, and project acquisition. This role requires strong proposal-writing skills, strategic bidding techniques, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects across Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Write well-structured, persuasive, and tailored proposals to increase conversion rates.
• Engage with potential clients, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects, track bid performance, and optimize bidding strategies.
• Coordinate with the development team to ensure project requirements are met.
• Keep up with Upwork policies, industry trends, and competitive bidding strategies.
• Assist in managing ongoing projects by facilitating smooth client communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in bidding on Upwork or similar platforms.
• Strong command of written and spoken English for effective client interactions.
• Proven ability to write engaging and high-converting proposals.
• Understanding of IT services and software development
• Experience in negotiating project terms and pricing.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
