Upwork Bidder (Night Shift) – Onsite

Sigma Empire is looking for a motivated and results-driven Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities on Upwork, submitting proposals, and converting leads into long-term clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for freelancing platforms and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
• Write customized and compelling proposals
• Communicate with potential clients professionally
• Understand client requirements and align solutions accordingly
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads and conversions
• Collaborate with internal teams for project execution

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Upwork bidding or similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of digital services (web development, design, marketing, etc.)
• Ability to work during night shift (9 PM – 6 AM)
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer)
• Knowledge of proposal writing and sales techniques
• Basic understanding of CRM tools
