Upwork Bidder (On-Site)

(Mid-Level to Senior) – Onsite Role

Shift: 9-hour shift between 6 AM – 6 PM (Mon–Fri)
Location: Near Darul Sehat Hospital, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi

About Us:
We are a growing tech solutions firm focused on mobile app and web development. We’re looking for an experienced Upwork Sales Associate / Upwork bidder to support business expansion through effective proposal writing, client communication, and project bidding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on suitable projects on Upwork and similar platforms
• Craft compelling, client-focused proposals
• Conduct sales calls and successfully close deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage project flow and deadlines
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships
• Provide technical input related to app and web development during discussions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar (preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in Upwork sales, bidding, and IT business development
• Strong communication and proposal-writing abilities
• Confidence in handling sales calls and closing clients
• Basic project management understanding
• Solid technical knowledge of app and web development
