Position Details:

  • Industry: Design & Development
  • Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block-14, Karachi (On-Site)
  • Shift: Night (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
  • Experience: 2–3 years in Upwork sales/business development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
  • Write compelling proposals tailored to client needs
  • Build strong client relationships and secure new business
  • Negotiate terms and close deals effectively

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven Upwork Business Development Executive (Design/Development industry preferred)
  • Completed education (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong grasp of the sales cycle, client pitching, and proposal writing
