Position Details:
- Industry: Design & Development
- Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block-14, Karachi (On-Site)
- Shift: Night (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
- Experience: 2–3 years in Upwork sales/business development
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
- Write compelling proposals tailored to client needs
- Build strong client relationships and secure new business
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven Upwork Business Development Executive (Design/Development industry preferred)
- Completed education (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong grasp of the sales cycle, client pitching, and proposal writing
