Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Upwork Business Development Executive / Sales Closer who can generate leads, communicate with international clients, and successfully close deals on Upwork. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and strong convincing abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bid on relevant projects on Upwork daily
  • Communicate with potential clients via chat, calls, and Zoom
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project scope
  • Close deals and hand over projects to the internal team
  • Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and closed deals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Upwork bidding and deal closing
  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Familiarity with Upwork proposals, connects, and job filters

Preferred Skills (Plus Point)

  • Experience in IT / Software / Digital services sales
  • Knowledge of CRM or lead-tracking tools
  • Confidence in client-facing Zoom calls
