Upwork Business Development Internship | Immediate Hiring

Location: Gulshan -e- Iqbal Block 10-A karachi
Stipend: 15,000 – 30,000 PKR per month
Timings: Monday to Friday 11 AM - 7 PM (Day Shift) & 7 PM - 3 AM (Night Shift)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Upwork Business Developer Intern to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or beginners who are eager to learn how to generate business leads, write winning proposals, and communicate effectively with international clients through Upwork and other freelance platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and maintaining our Upwork profile.
• Write and submit high-quality proposals for relevant projects.
• Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs.
• Help build long-term business relationships through professional communication.
• Support the senior business development team in day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of Upwork or freelancing platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good English writing and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
