Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage overseas export markets to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and establish new business opportunities with international clients.
- Handle export documentation, LC (Letter of Credit), shipping, and customs procedures.
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with international customers regarding inquiries, orders, and after-sales support.
- Conduct market research to analyze export trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop long-term partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in export/import or international sales.
- Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and Incoterms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (fluency in English is essential).
- Result-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
