Code Graphers is a growing software house delivering innovative IT solutions to global clients. We are seeking a talented Upwork Expert to join our team and manage our business development through Upwork and similar freelance platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Search, bid, and secure relevant projects aligned with company expertise.
• Draft compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely communication.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Track performance metrics and improve bidding strategies to increase conversion rate.
• Stay updated with Upwork policies, trends, and competition strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience working with a Software House on Upwork (mandatory).
• Strong track record of winning projects and meeting revenue targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and client needs.
• Ability to work under deadlines and achieve set targets.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
