We work with clients across a variety of industries, both locally and internationally. As part of our expansion, we are looking to strengthen our presence on online freelancing platforms by bringing on a skilled and motivated Upwork & Fiverr Bidder Intern.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Upwork & Fiverr Bidder Intern to help us find and secure new projects on freelance platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, writing effective proposals, and communicating with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Search for suitable and relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms

Write customized, clear, and persuasive proposals tailored to each client's needs

Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements and respond to inquiries

Track submitted proposals, follow up where necessary, and manage client communication

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with services and capabilities

Maintain records of bids, responses, and outcomes for performance tracking and analysis

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (completed)

0 to 6 months of experience in bidding, business development, or a related role

Basic knowledge of Upwork, Fiverr, or similar freelance platforms is essential

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions

Attention to detail and good organizational skills

Must be based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi or willing to work full-time on-site

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
