Who We’re Looking For

iTribeX is looking for an experienced Upwork / Fiverr Bidder with a proven track record of bringing in new clients and generating sales through freelance platforms.

The ideal candidate should know how to find the right projects, write strong proposals, communicate confidently with prospects, and convert opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify relevant projects on Upwork and Fiverr
• Send customized and high-converting proposals
• Communicate with potential clients professionally
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team
• Follow up with leads and convert them into paying clients
• Handle negotiations and close deals
• Maintain records of bids, leads, and conversions

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–4 years experience in Upwork bidding, Fiverr bidding, or business development
• Proven record of winning projects and generating sales
• Strong proposal writing and communication skills
• Good understanding of software, web, mobile app, SaaS, or AI services
• Strong follow-up and closing ability
• Experience with international clients will be preferred
