We are looking for an experienced Upwork & Fiverr Bidder to manage bidding, client communication, and lead generation on both platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in identifying relevant projects and converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search, analyze, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and Fiverr
• Write customized and compelling proposals/offers
• Communicate with potential clients and handle initial discussions
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
• Maintain and manage leads and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Upwork/Fiverr Bidder or Business Development Executive
• Strong proposal writing and communication skills
• Good understanding of IT services and project scopes
• Ability to identify genuine and relevant job postings
• Familiarity with Upwork and Fiverr policies and best practices

Lead Generation & Bidding

• Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork in areas such as AI, Web Development, Mobile Apps, Chatbots, Automation, and Digital Marketing
• Analyze client requirements and shortlist high-potential projects
• Write custom, persuasive, and tailored proposals for each job post (no templates)
• Set up job alerts and continuously optimize bidding strategies to improve win rate

Client Communication

• Handle professional written and verbal communication with potential clients
• Ask intelligent and relevant questions to clearly understand project scope
• Participate in video calls to build trust and convert leads into clients
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure deal closures

Documentation & Project Coordination

• Maintain a proper record of bids, responses, and sales pipeline updates
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for project estimates and timelines
• Assist in preparing proposals, onboarding documents, and presentations when required

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with software houses or IT services
• CRM or lead management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
