Business Development Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Support market research and lead generation activities
  • Maintain and update client and lead data in CRM tools
  • Assist senior team members on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and LinkedIn
  • Draft bids, proposals, and outreach messages
  • Track the sales funnel and manage follow-ups
  • Join client calls and meetings for learning and note-taking purposes
  • Assist with competitor and market analysis
  • Support sales reporting and daily business development tasks

Eligibility Criteria

  • Fresh Graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • Basic understanding of IT or software services (training will be provided)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and freelancing platforms is a plus
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager-to-learn mindset
