Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Associate Business Development professional to drive lead generation and revenue growth for our software services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and freelancing platforms such as Fiverr and Upwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential prospects on LinkedIn based on ideal client profiles.Craft and send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
- Build and manage outreach sequences using LinkedIn automation or CRM platforms.
- Coordinate and execute outbound email campaigns using platforms like Apollo, HubSpot, or similar.
- Monitor responses, track performance metrics, and adjust messaging to improve response and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies with overall campaigns.
- Maintain clean records of leads, communications, and campaign performance in CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT/software industry.
- Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing and online bidding platforms such as Fiverr and Upwork.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
