Salary: PKR 25,000 – 30,000/month

4Nodes Technologies is a growing software house providing cutting-edge digital solutions. We’re looking for a Upwork Intern to help us generate leads and secure new projects through Upwork and similar platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
• Write professional proposals tailored to client requirements
• Communicate with potential clients and follow up consistently
• Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into clients
• Track bidding activities and results in internal tools

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, Previous experience or internship is a plus.
• Good English writing and communication skills
• Understanding of Upwork platform and freelance project cycles
• Motivated, consistent, and team-oriented

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
