UPWORK PROJECT MANAGER AND UPSELLER

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Timing: Night Shift (Monday to Saturday)
Work Mode: On-site

We are hiring an experienced Upwork Project Manager & Upseller to manage client projects, maintain strong client relationships, and drive upselling opportunities on Upwork. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling projects related to Website Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, and Graphic Design, along with the ability to manage communication and increase client value.

Responsibilities:

• Manage ongoing Upwork projects from start to delivery, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams to clarify requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Communicate with clients via Upwork messages and calls for updates, feedback, and project alignment.
• Identify upselling opportunities such as additional features, design upgrades, maintenance plans, or new services.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and delivery summaries.
• Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
• Track and report project performance, upsell conversions, and client retention.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience managing projects on Upwork or similar freelance platforms.
• Strong understanding of Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, and Graphic Design.
• Excellent English communication skills with confidence in handling client calls.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and client-handling abilities.
• Proven experience in upselling and maximizing client lifetime value.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
