Upwork Sales Associate (Mid-Level to Senior)

Shift: 9-hour shift between 6 AM – 6 PM (Mon-Fri)
Location: Near Darul Sehat Hospital, Gulistan-e Johar, Karachi.

About Us:
We are a growing tech solutions company specializing in app and web development. We are seeking a skilled Upwork Sales Associate to drive business growth through proposal writing, client engagement, and project bidding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other platforms
• Write persuasive proposals tailored to client needs
• Conduct sales calls and close deals effectively
• Coordinate with delivery teams to manage projects and timelines
• Maintain and grow client relationships
• Provide technical insights on app and web development during client interactions

Requirements:

• BS in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in Upwork sales, bidding, and business development for IT projects
• Strong proposal writing and communication skills
• Ability to handle sales calls and close deals confidently
• Basic project management skills
• Sound technical knowledge in app and web development

Pay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per month
