We offer reliable, high-quality technology solutions worldwide and are growing fast. We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to help us grow our sales on Upwork.

Role Overview: You will lead our online sales on Upwork by identifying, bidding, negotiating, and closing deals. You will help expand our client base and support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid on relevant web, mobile, cloud, and design projects on Upwork.
  • Write strong, custom proposals showcasing our strengths.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals.
  • Research market trends and competitors to set competitive prices.
  • Stay updated on Upwork trends and platform changes.
  • Keep track of leads, client interactions, and project outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through communication and follow-ups.
  • Report on sales and share insights to improve strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience bidding, negotiating, and closing deals on Upwork.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Analytical skills to assess project needs and set pricing strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or similar.
  • Proactive and target-driven attitude.

Work Hours: 10am to 2 7pm (Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays)
