Upwork Sales Closer – Design & Animation!

Responsibilities :

• Identify and engage potential clients on the Upwork platform.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in navigating and utilizing Upwork effectively.
• Approach clients with professionalism and confidence to maximize conversions.
• Secure new business opportunities through strategic bidding and persuasive outreach.
• Conduct client calls and close deals directly over the phone when required.
• Analyze project requirements, study competitors, and develop smart pricing strategies for successful bids.
• Communicate professionally with clients, presenting our portfolio and success stories to highlight our expertise.

Requirements:

• 1.5 to 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the design/animation industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities and the capability to close deals on calls.
• Solid understanding of the complete sales cycle, including proposal writing and pitching.
• Creative mindset with the ability to introduce new ideas to improve the sales process.

Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi (Onsite)

Shift: 9 PM – 6 AM

Target: $2K–$3K

Salary: 70,000 – 120,000 PKR + Commission
