Job Title: Upwork Sales Executive / Upseller
Job Type: Full Time
Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)
Location: On-site, Nazimabad, Karachi

Job Responsibilities

● Manage, bid and close projects on Upwork related to websites and design

● Communicate with potential clients professionally and confidently

● Understand client requirements and propose suitable services

● Upsell additional services such as design enhancements, maintenance, or add-ons

● Follow up with leads and convert them into paying clients

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover

● Maintain records of leads, conversations, and closed deals

Requirements

● Minimum 1 year of experience in Upwork sales

● Strong understanding of website development and design services

● Excellent written English communication skills

● Ability to negotiate, upsell, and close deals

● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and reliable

● Comfortable working night shifts
