Position Details:Industry: Design & Development

Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block-14, Karachi (On-Site)

Timings: (3:00PM-12:00AM) /(6:00 PM-3:00 AM)/ (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Experience Required: 2–3 years in Upwork Sales

Your Responsibilities:

✔ Hunt for relevant projects on Upwork

✔ Craft compelling proposals and pitch to potential clients

✔ Secure new business opportunities

✔ Negotiate and close deals like a pro

Requirements:

✔ 2–3 years of solid experience in Upwork sales (Design/Dev industry)

✔ Completed education

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✔ Deep understanding of the full sales cycle, proposals, and client handling
