Responsibilities:
- Communicate with international clients through Upwork messages, proposals, calls, and emails.
- Write professional and customized proposals to win projects on Upwork.
- Explain company services clearly to potential clients and convert leads into sales.
- Follow up with clients regularly and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Achieve weekly and monthly bidding and conversion targets.
- Maintain client records and track proposals through CRM or Upwork tools.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify high-value opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth communication between clients and the internal team.
- Coordinate with the sales and project team to improve bidding strategies.
Requirements:
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills (mandatory).
- Prior experience in Upwork bidding, sales, freelance marketplaces, or call centers is a plus.
- Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Confident, goal-oriented, and skilled at converting leads into clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales/bidding targets.
- Strong understanding of Upwork platform, project search, filters, and bidding strategies.
- Basic computer skills, CRM experience, and professional email communication.
