Upwork Specialist

Job description:

We are currently on the lookout for highly motivated Upwork Bidding Executives/Specialist with sales and business development experience (ideally in Designs and Development services) with excellent communication skills to add to our existing business development team.

Job Details:

· Job Type: Full-time (On-Site)

· Job Timings: Night Shift 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM (Including 1 hour break)

· Working Days: Monday to Friday

· Location: Karachi.

Required Skills:

· Acquiring business through Upwork

· Excellent Written English

· Excellent Communication Skills

· Expert in proposals creation

· Able to close the sales lead (preferred)

· Strong Follow-up skills and able to close the sales lead (preferred)

· Must be good at targeted sales

· Multi-tasking and time management skills

· Detail Oriented and Self-Motivated

Responsibilities:

• Generate business through Upwork
• Find the right jobs and write proposals for them.
• Analyze client’s requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions.
• Estimate the project price based on the requirements gathered. (preferred)
• Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirement and acquisition.
• Submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget.
