Role Summary

Time Training Center is seeking an experienced Urban Planning, Infrastructure & Smart Cities Instructor to deliver professional training programs focused on urban development, infrastructure planning, and smart city technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in urban planning, infrastructure development, and sustainable city management within government, consulting, or infrastructure project environments. The instructor must also have proven teaching experience and the ability to independently prepare structured training presentations and course materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training in urban planning, infrastructure development, and smart city concepts.
• Teach urban development strategies, land use planning, and sustainable city planning.
• Provide training on infrastructure planning including transportation, utilities, and urban services.
• Deliver practical sessions on smart city technologies and digital infrastructure.
• Teach urban sustainability, environmental planning, and climate-resilient city design.
• Explain public policy, governance, and urban development frameworks.
• Use real-world urban development and infrastructure case studies during training.
• Prepare and deliver their own presentations and course materials.
• Develop exercises, workshops, and scenario-based urban planning activities.
• Support TTC in ensuring course content reflects current global urban planning practices.

Mandatory Experience Requirements

• Minimum 15+ years of industry experience in urban planning, infrastructure development, or smart city projects.
• Experience working on urban development or infrastructure planning projects.
• Experience in public sector planning, consulting, or large infrastructure programs.
• Proven teaching or professional training delivery experience — mandatory.
• Ability to prepare and deliver professional training presentations independently.
• Must have real project experience, not only academic or research background.
