Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging Urdu lessons for senior secondary students.
• Develop curriculum plans aligned with educational board and school standards.
• Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and oral evaluations.
• Foster a positive classroom environment encouraging participation and creativity.
• Maintain accurate academic records and provide constructive student feedback regularly.
• Organize cultural and linguistic activities promoting Urdu language appreciation.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers for interdisciplinary academic development programs.
• Ensure adherence to school policies and maintain professional teaching ethics.

Skill & Experience

• Excellent proficiency in Urdu reading, writing, and spoken communication.
• Strong classroom management skills ensuring effective student engagement daily.
• Ability to design innovative and interactive Urdu learning materials.
• Good understanding of modern teaching techniques and digital education tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with students and parents.
• Patience, empathy, and cultural awareness in handling diverse learners.
