Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Urdu Subject Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Urdu language, literature, and culture, along with a passion for teaching and inspiring students. They will contribute to fostering linguistic proficiency, cultural understanding, and a love for Urdu in our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Urdu to students across relevant grade levels, fostering their linguistic and literary skills.
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the school’s academic standards and goals.
• Inspire an appreciation of Urdu literature, poetry, and culture among students.
• Assess and evaluate student performance regularly through assignments, tests, and projects.
• Incorporate modern teaching techniques and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to integrate interdisciplinary approaches where applicable.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students, encouraging critical thinking and creativity.
• Stay updated with advancements in Urdu education and implement best practices in teaching.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urdu, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience teaching Urdu at the primary, secondary, or higher secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of Urdu language, literature, and cultural heritage.
• Proficiency in using technology and innovative teaching methods in the classroom.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and a student-centric teaching approach.
