Urdu Teacher (Grades 7 & 8)

Job Summary

The Seeds School is looking for a qualified and passionate Urdu Teacher to teach Grades 7 and 8. The ideal candidate must have strong command over Urdu language and literature, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to deliver engaging lessons that support student learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Urdu language and literature to students of Grades 7 and 8.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, class notes, and activities aligned with the curriculum.
• Develop and strengthen students’ reading, writing, comprehension, and grammar skills.
• Conduct assessments, quizzes, and assignments to monitor student progress.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive, motivating classroom environment.
• Provide academic support to students requiring additional help.
• Communicate with parents regarding student performance when necessary.
• Maintain updated student records, test results, and attendance.
• Participate in school meetings, training workshops, and events.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urdu, Education, or a related subject.
• Prior teaching experience with middle school grades (preferred).
• Strong command of Urdu language (spoken, written, and grammar).
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Energetic, confident, and student-focused teaching approach.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
