Join Jefferson Health and redefine advanced practice care across our expanding urgent care footprint. As an APC in our health network, you’ll deliver high-quality, on-demand care alongside a skilled, collaborative team with the support of the region’s largest academic health system on our mission to improve lives.
- Wide scope of practice: Practice autonomously at the top of your license in high-volume, fast-paced settings – managing everything from minor injuries and illnesses to on-site procedures and point-of-care testing.
- Team-based model: Collaborate with a trusted team of APCs, physicians, nurses and support staff, backed by network-wide protocols, Epic electronic medical records and direct specialty referrals across Jefferson Health.
- Schedule and flexibility: Enjoy a predictable, rotating schedule with no overnight shifts and meet other staff by working across multiple health centers if desired. Have the flexibility to travel from site to site and experience fast- or slower-paced urgent care.

Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania state license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner or ability to obtain one is required
- NCCPA Board Certification (PA)
- National NP Certification through AANP or ANCC
- Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, primary care or a similar specialty
- Two years of relevant clinical experience as a PA, CRNP is preferred
- Passion for clinical work to positively impact patient care, safety and experience
