Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.

• Provide acute and episodic care independently, assessing, diagnosing, treating, and performing procedures like laceration repairs and splinting.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment and prevention.
• Work in a fully equipped clinic with support from clinical protocols, staff, and leadership, managing a patient volume of 3–4/hour.
• Schedule includes 3 shifts/week, rotating weekends, with no on-call duties, and flexible shifts available for overtime at higher pay.
• Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour with benefits such as insurance, 401(k), paid time off, CME allowance, and growth opportunities within a multi-state network.
• Qualifications include North Carolina licensure, BLS/ACLS, and preferred urgent care or emergency experience.
