Arches Medical Partners is a physician-owned and operated medical group dedicated to improving access to timely, high-quality urgent and acute care within our communities. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate NP/PA to join our team, focusing on the evaluation and management of adult patients with immediate and short-term medical needs.
In this role, you will deliver prompt, patient-centered care for a wide range of acute conditions. In this role, you'll work in a practice that empowers physicians and advance practice clinicians with decision-making authority and places patient care at the center, emphasizing high-quality outcomes and holistic value-based care.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a variety of urgent and acute medical conditions (e.g., respiratory infections, minor injuries, gastrointestinal issues, urinary tract infections, etc.)
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging
- Perform minor procedures such as suturing, splinting, and incision & drainage
- Prescribe appropriate medications and develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other care team members as needed for higher-level care coordination
- Document clinical encounters accurately and timely within the electronic health record
- Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and follow-up care
- Ability to rotate across 3 urgent care locations in Cumberland, Smithfield, and Coventry, with site flexibility based on staffing needs
Qualifications and Experience
- FNP/Family Nurse Practitioner, APRN, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/PA Current Advanced Practice license
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Urgent Care Preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BLS – Required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
