Job Description:
- Develop and expand business in both domestic and international markets.
- Identify new customers, distributors, and business partners to increase market share.
- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and follow-up on orders and payments.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments for order processing and timely delivery.
- Handle export and domestic documentation, including invoices, packing lists, LC, and shipping documents.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, competitors, and customer needs.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote products across regions.
- Negotiate with clients on pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, performance reviews, and forecasts for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, export-import regulations, and statutory requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree
- 2 years of experience in domestic and export sales & marketing.
- Knowledge of export-import procedures, INCOTERMS, and logistics operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM software.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
