Job Description:

  • Develop and expand business in both domestic and international markets.
  • Identify new customers, distributors, and business partners to increase market share.
  • Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and follow-up on orders and payments.
  • Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments for order processing and timely delivery.
  • Handle export and domestic documentation, including invoices, packing lists, LC, and shipping documents.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote products across regions.
  • Negotiate with clients on pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, performance reviews, and forecasts for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, export-import regulations, and statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2 years of experience in domestic and export sales & marketing.
  • Knowledge of export-import procedures, INCOTERMS, and logistics operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
