Location: Manvel, TX 77578

A warm, busy professional family is seeking a long‑term Family Assistant/Nanny to support two young boys ages 2 and 4 and help keep the household running smoothly. This is a child‑focused role with light family support, ideal for a career caregiver who values consistency, structure, and clear communication.

Schedule (Split Shift)

Monday–Friday

• Mornings | 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• Evenings | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Some flexibility is needed for school closures, sick days, and occasional date nights.

Responsibilities

Childcare & Logistics

• Morning routine: wake‑up, dressing, breakfast, backpacks
• School drop‑off & pick‑up (family vehicle provided)
• Homework help, after‑school care
• Transport to activities (swim lessons, sports as added)
• Planning age‑appropriate activities during school breaks

Household Support

• Children’s laundry
• Toy/playroom organization
• Daily backpack reset
• Simple meals/snacks for kids
• Light tidying, loading dishes, cleaning after children eat meals and play
• Grocery pickup, Amazon returns, occasional additional errands
• Seasonal closet organization for children

Additional Notes

• Small senior dog in the home occasionally (about 1 week/month)
• Grandmother may visit periodically (no care required)

• Spanish‑speaking a plus
• Has own transportation (family car provided for work use)

Compensation & Benefits

• $25/hour
