Major Key responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations: Supervise Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate accounting team members.
  • Process Improvement: Develop, implement, and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls; identify automation opportunities.
  • Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to GAAP/IFRS, manage external audits, and handle tax/regulatory filings.
  • Budgeting & Cash Flow: Monitor cash flow, assist with budgeting, and provide financial recommendations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Respond to financial inquiries and support other departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
