URGENT HIRING CNC PROGRAMMER & OPERATOR

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CNC 4-Axis Milling Operator with strong programming skills and in-depth knowledge of Fanuc control systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining 4-axis CNC milling machines to produce precision metal components.

This role involves interpreting engineering drawings, optimizing machine performance, and ensuring all output meets strict quality standards. The candidate should be capable of handling both programming and operational aspects of CNC machining.

Qualifications & Skills Essential:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience operating and programming CNC milling machines (4-axis minimum).
• Proficiency with Fanuc control units, including G-code and M-code.
• Strong understanding of machining principles, cutting tools, and materials (e.g., aluminum, steel).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and perform part inspections using precision measuring tools.

Preferred:

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidCAM, or similar.
• Background in aerospace, automotive, or mold-making industries.
