Urgent Hiring: Landscape Laborer

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Landscape Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will support the maintenance and installation of outdoor spaces, ensuring they remain attractive, healthy, and well-kept. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has strong physical endurance, and pays close attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine lawn care, including mowing, edging, and applying fertilizer.
• Support landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, and weed control.
• Safely operate hand tools and power equipment for daily landscaping duties.
• Assist with tree maintenance by trimming, pruning, and promoting healthy growth.
• Contribute to hardscape projects including the installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Use machinery such as excavators for digging, grading, and material handling.
• Participate in snow removal efforts during winter to maintain safe property access.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely.

Skills & Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment.
• Solid understanding of lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance.
• Experience in gardening, horticulture, or tree care is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and how to maintain them.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery (e.g., excavators) safely.
• Knowledge of basic construction principles for hardscape installation is a plus.
• Physically capable of performing outdoor labor in various weather conditions.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
